Re-launching the blog!

Hello hello! As a new freshman in college, I have decided that I need to have at least one sole thing where I can express myself and have fun with (yes, blogging is fun for me ahaha).

About a year ago when I began this blog, my purpose was to inform you guys on the latest music, fashion, movies, sports, etc. and as I re-launch the blog once again, I will be committed to doing exactly that- writing what you want about what you want!

I decided to leave some up, just so the website won't look empty, we want to keep it classy ladies and gentlemen. Blogs will be posted up daily and frequently, so make sure to subscribe.

Special: Norton Simon Museum

So today I went to the Norton Simon Museum because I have a paper due on Monday for art class where I have to compare two works of art and describe EVERY detail.

Anyways, I recommend that you guys check out the place. Right now they have a lot of Indian work primarily sculptures. And! The museum also features the painting "Adam and Eve".

It's an amazing place.

Aye wassup! So unfortunately I've been busy again. But I promised I was going to be getting back on my blog. Short blog today though.

VANS caught my attention today with their "Wellesley" shoe. It has a unique design, but most of all they run for $55.00.

Murder "I" Wrote

Sup. So basically this is my first personal blog and I'm pretty excited to see what new ventures this blog will bring. To give you guys a run down, I began to blog a while back when I joined journalism class at Roosevelt High School, called the Rough Rider Blog. I've been blogging for some time now and while the Rough Rider Blog was pretty awesome, there were some topics that were restricted to me.

I decided to create my personal blog called "And Murder She Wrote" because I want to be able to discuss everything I want and have more control over my material. Just to note, the name came from the line "murder she wrote". They way I analyze that line is that words are murder weapons, capable of hurting people, and strong enough to seize the ability to kill. They are swords of steel ready at my disposable and therefore, I write murder because my words are power.

Besides being a blogger, I also enjoy playing basketball so some of my blogs will focus on sports. Too bad the NBA season is over. Music is also a big influence in my life. My favorite artists are Lupe Fiasco and Mos Def. Overall this blog is going to be my oasis where I will discuss art, music, sports, some technology, sneakers, and just random stuff.
